Ayanna Ray is an accomplished singer, songwriter, dancer, actor and mogul. She has performed in Africa, Japan, Dubai and extensively in the United States. Ayanna's most recent credit includes writing the title track to Tyler Perry's "Madea's Big Happy Family" and "Po Pimpin", with Grammy Award Winner Harold Lilly, for artist Girlfriends, which appeared in the film "In The Mix", starring Usher. Her song "Halfway" performed by Algebra's was placed on "the Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins" soundtrack, starring Martin Lawrence. Ayanna and her songs have been featured in commercials for products ranging from Verizon V Cast to Lexus.
Ayanna's album, GIRL TALK album has sold over 80,000 albums independently. The single "Ooh Wee" from Girl Talk debut album achieved #1 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles and was also the soundtrack for a regional Chrysler Jeep Dodge campaign.
Ayanna has also performed for many superstar acts such as Lil Wayne, Bow Wow, Jagged Edge and Latoya Luckett.
