About Avril In Blood:
For many years music has been created for the sole purpose of entertaining people, distracting them from thinking about the things that matter the most. Once a form of art and a way of expressing ourselves, music became an industry, a commercial product, tasteless and mindless, interested only in profit and popularity. A cheap way of being cool, preaching all the wrong virtues to people to a point where kids think it is cool to abuse drugs and alcohol, desecrating their bodies so they gain some self esteem and attention, women - subjected to the form of an object, money - overrated and humanity - extinct. Avril In Blood is a waking call, Avril In Blood is here to step out of that wretched circle and tell the world all the things you prefer to ignore, because you don't really like. Avril In Blood is here to remind you that we all are people, that we are able and we design our society, and the only reason for the downfall of humanity lays within us. It is all up to us!
Avril In Blood is a combination of old school death metal, grindcore and trash metal, adding a “new wave” of sound with flavors of melodic metalcore, modern days hardcore, and a bit of unique style from each of the band’s members. Avril In Blood is formed in the first day of April 2007. That's where the name comes from (Avril = April in French, it has nothing to do with the pop singer Avril Lavigne). Avril In Blood is also known as the first Bulgarian deathcore band.
We are currently unsigned and we are looking for good promoters and recording labels to work with. If you have propositions or questions do not hesitate to contact us.
