Written and produced by Brian Dougans and Garry Cobain.

"My Kingdom" is a brilliant experimental work of art from FSOL, the combination of Downtempo beats with perfect samples and futuristic abstract structure are a thing of beauty to take in.

It's interesting that a piece of music so mind bending as this contains samples from two movies. The female vocal comes from "Rachel's Song" by Vangelis which is pitched down from it's original recording, this track is famously from the Blade Runner soundtrack released in 1982, while the main dark piano and flutes that get pitched down, twisted and manipulated are from "Cockeye's Song" by Ennio Morricone from the "Once Upon A Time In America" soundtrack released in 1984. The fast paced strumming guitar sample and tribal drum thud comes from "Phalarn Dawn" by Ozric Tentacles found on their 1989 album "Pungent Effulgent".

This full length version can only be found on the My Kingdom single released by Virgin throughout the world and Astralwerks in the USA.
