Artsense is a Russian psychedelic trance project led by Vladislav Malkov.
Everything for Vlad started in 1998 when he first began to experiment with different genres of electronic dance music. Vlad spent a lot of time working and getting more experienced with various professional audio equipment and software tools. In doing so he eventually developed his own unique style.
It was in 2006 when Vlad's musical tastes turned towards psytrance and as a result Vlad created his "Artsense" alter ego. Not much time had passed before people started taking notice of the project and soon Artsense's sound became almost instantly recognizable.
At the end of 2008 Artsense was invited to play a guest set at the Megapolis 89.5 FM radio, an event which further elevated the artist's public profile and made Vlad's music even more accessible to party goers.
By then Vlad had already played his numerous live sets at big raves and he
had shared one stage with such world renowned psy acts as Astral Projection, Electric Universe, A-Team, Bliss, Azax Syndrom, Painkiller, Chromatone, SynSUN, Goasia, Yahel, Mr. Peculiar and many others.
In 2009, however, Artsense's sound underwent further changes and it became noticeably more agressive and power-oriented whilst still maintaining a melodic edge to it. In his tracks Vlad emphasizes on the importance of musical innovation and originality, as well as on the high quality production. "Every track has to be truly special and unforgettable, after all music is ART", Vlad states.
Vlad already worked with well-known psy-trance producers like Bliss, Mekkanikka, SynSUN, ITP and more to come and at the moment he's working on the new stuff that will out very soon at biggest labels. So check out this page for a news and updates.
