ARTFUL DODGER Alistair

Originally comprising of producer Mark Hill, the name Artful Dodger is already established as the most commercially successful UK Garage act to have emerged from the scene to date.



The original duo produced a slew of chart topping hits including Re-Rewind and Woman Trouble and floor filling remixes that confirmed Artful Dodgers place as a premier production act. Since the return of Mark Hill, Dave Low, Mark and MC Alistair are now storming the urban music scene once again, with a fresh new sound.



As Dave reveals: "Its a whole new Artful Dodger set up so we thought we'd take it back to the roots level. Back to the streets were it all began".



The first fruit of the groups return will be the track "Flex" (featuring Vula). This not only marks the first new music from Artful since their debut platinum album "All About The Stranglers" in 2001, but also marks the reunion of the founder member & producer Mark Hill, with new member Dave Low.



Their idea now is to present Artful Dodger as an urban showcase act, rather than a mere production outfit. Member MC Alistar (Original Artful Dodger MC), host complete the live Artful Dodger act.



Last year they were in Dubai in to play at the Justin Timberlake concert warming up 20,000 people. Now playing a host of styles from UK Garage, RnB, Hip Hop, Bashment & Jungle/D&B their sets having been smashing it up and down the UK and all over the world (Dubai, Holland, Germany, Prague, USA to name but a few).
