Aphrodelics , are Viennas Top Dogs when it comes to Rap Music and Rmx production for the Viennese Electro scene. The collective of talents was founded in 1995 and released their first 12 inch "On the Rise" in 1996. This was the start for the 4 members: Shagon aka Shake, Mic aka Schicki Micki aka AKA, Mr. Rodney Hunter and Shadee!!! In 1998, after a crazy A&R convinced his boss to sign this crazy ass crew, Aphrodelics spread their wings all over Europe and released the headbanger anthem " Rolling on Chrome" , including the smash RMX of long time companions & music collegues Kruder & Dorfmeister, plus another remix for "Nothing to lose" by UKs legendary Stereos MCs vocalist and producer, Rob! Aphrodelics since then have released two albums, one EP, several singles + videos on a major basis and are now working on their 3rd LP in Vienna. Shagon, in the meanwhile has released the Ragga - Electro banger BLAZE & COOK , with Stereotyp and Al Haka , on Klein Records. Mic appeared on the Rodney Hunter debut LP "The Hunterfiles" on the song called "Theres a reason" and has also started a solo project along side DJ Paul Synapzz , known as AUDIOFEST.They got Heads anticipating their first official release especially after bieng on a central european tour with US Westcoast Legends "Dilated Peoples, that took them to the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Germany and Belgium. ".uhm.sprekken si doitsch?" Aphrodelics, sind Wiens top Adresse wenn es um Rap und Remix Produktionen zb. für die wienner Elektro Szene geht. Das talentierte Kollektiv wurde 1995 gegründet und veröffentlichte ihre erste 12"(Maxi vinyl) "On the rise" , im Jahre 1996. Das war der professionelle Einstieg in die internationale Musikszene für die 4 Mitglieder: Shagon aka Shake, Mic aka Schicki Micki aka AKA, Mr. Rodney Hunter und Shadee!!! Es war 1998 als ein durchgeknallter A&R seinen Chef dazu brachte dieser verrückten Truppe einen Vertrag anzubieten, welches sie prompt unterschrieb. Danach ging es Schlag auf Schlag quer durch Europa und die Erste Veröffentlichung dieser Ehe war die Headbanger Hymne "Rollin on Chrome", welches von Kruder & Dorfmeister geremixed wurde, die darauffolgende Single "Nothin to Lose" wurde sogar von Englands legendärer Truppe, Stereo MCs geremixed. Mittlerweile hat Shagon, einen Electro-Ragga Banger, "Blaze & Cook", produziert von Stereotyp und Al Haca , und rausgekommen bei Klein records, auf die Menschheit los gelassen. Mic hört man auf Rodney Hunters Debut LP, "Hunter Files" auf dem genial geschmeidigen Electro Club Hit "Theres a reason". Er hat aber auch ein Solo Projekt namens "Audiofest" mit DJ Paul Synapzz, das vorallem seit einer Europa Tour mit US Westcoast Legenden Dilated Peoples, einiges an Spannung auf Veröffentlichungen erzeugt hat. Shadee hat sich still gehalten um vorallem das Musik Geschäft zu studieren und hat sich auf Management fokusiert. .Alter, wir schieben die Welle und nicht die Welle uns! Nach Auftritten und Tourneen mit Giganten wie Outcast, Masta Ace, Naughty by Nature, Gangstarr, The Outsidaz und einige andere Internationale Künstler wirds Zeit für das nächste Kapitel!
