Introducing…A.MOD. Raised in New Jersey and residing in Brooklyn, singer/songwriter A.MOD draws influence from artists as diverse as Prince, Thom Yorke, PJ Harvey and Jamie Lidell.



Having worked with an array of artists and producers such as Mark Ronson and Cortez Farris, his debut EP is the result of a fruitful collaboration with NYC-based producer/songwriter Rene Arsenault (aka Rene Goulet).



“It was important for me and my writing partner Rene to create a unique sound that represented us both as musicians and as fans of electronic, indie and live music.”



Ranging from the infectious singles “Nervous Breakdown” and “Insomnia” to the club-banging “Indie Tragedy,” the songs on this EP are a testament to A.MOD’s vocal prowess and eclectic taste.



A.MOD’s cover of “Need You Tonight” by INXS was recently released on Morgans Hotel Group No. 3, a compilation available exclusively at all Morgans properties in the US & UK.



A.MOD performed his live debut at The Florida Room at The Delano in Miami on November 14th, 2008.
