Emerging out of the Wisconsin/Illinois music scene in 2005, A Modern Love Story has been fighting the good fight for years. Playing shitty bars throughout Chicago land and the Midwest helped earn the boys their stripes‚ and quite a rabid fan base. It also gave them the opportunity to hone their aggressive, turbulent sound. Critics often talk about bands growing up and AMLS is no different, they just didn't need three records and four lineup changes to do it.
