All Parallels are fucking dynamite! A gritty 3 piece rock n roll bumrush with a sound reeking of good times and regrettable mornings. Their grimy style is a rock hybrid, complex and simple at the same time. It’s heavy, but not alpha male overcompensating heavy; insanely catchy, but nothing sweet or cute. Prog punk?, maybe; melodic hardcore?, perhaps; ferocious pop?…whatever floats your boat. Any way you slice it, AP is a straight up no gimmicks rock band unaffiliated with, but adaptable to, nearly every rock genre. So stay classy Jersey City.
