ALIZMA's musical field or genre, narrowly defined, is World-Pop. This field of music bridges the increasing gap between classical music and pop, by introducing to pop elements of traditional classical violin. Pop with the sophistication of classical music, infused with ethnic melodies and three part vocal harmonies, results in an original and exciting musical genre of which the ALIZMA sisters are the pioneers.
World-Pop undoubtedly presents important intrinsic merits. Through their mastery of classical violin and voice, the ALIZMA sisters strive to promote and popularize classical music in the United States among, where, relative to Europe and other parts of the world, the need to popularize classical music is especially great.
With their official album called "Tell Me How To Love You" the trio is introducing their original material produced by Tim Coons, Jens Gad, Krzysztof Srebrakowski, Wilson Richardson and Stephen Merrick. Their music is meant to send the message of Love and Hope for everyone. The lyrics are inspired by group's real life experiences and an on-going observation. The melodies are influenced by their life long classical music training as well as the their birth place, the Slovak Lands.
The ALIZMA sisters' talent is versatile, as they are also writers and co-writers of all of their songs, both the music and lyrics. Their songs convey positive, inspiring messages to a growing number of listeners in America and throughout the world. The younger audience has shown to be equally receptive to ALIZMA's music, which is an especially noteworthy accomplishment of these talented artists. Indeed, this is one distinctive benefit of ALIZMA's music. "Listen to your voice, listen to your heart, never be ashamed, stay true to who you are", or "It's time to love and time to heal, let go of fear and find new ways, I want to walk the path of life in truth and love into the light." This is the core message one receives by listening to their music, which stands in sharp contrast with the all-so-prevalent lyrics that promote violence, sex and profanity in today's genre of pop music. While many would argue that songs of the latter type present artistic value, not many would disagree that there is a serious lack of morally uplifting music that appeals to listeners of all ages. Such is the music produced by ALIZMA.
ALIZMA continues to perform live across the United States and the world; in fact, they have already toured in most of the major U.S. cities. Of course, their music is available in digital format, on iTunes and elsewhere, for the enjoyment of listeners throughout America and the world. Millions of viewers have watched their performances and interviews on major TV shows, such as "Last Call" with Carson Daly, "Montel Williams" Television Show, and Steve Harvey's "Big Time", to name a few. More recently ALIZMA appeared in the Eurovision 2011 National Eliminations where they were voted by the country of Poland and came in third in the competition. They also performed on America's Got Talent, which contributed to the highest viewings for that episode of this NBC TV show. Clearly, the benefits of their talents are national, in fact international, in scope.
