Oksana Lepska 18 years old performs the aria "Отзовитесь, ясны соколы!" ("The Field of the Dead") from cantata "Alexander Nevsky" written by Sergei Prokofiev(1891--1953), text by the poet Vladimir Lugovskoy(1901-1957). Piano Olga Moskalenova.

Alexander Nevsky (Russian: Александр Невский) is the score for the 1938 Sergei Eisenstein film Alexander Nevsky, composed by Sergei Prokofiev. He later rearranged the music in the form of a cantata for mezzo-soprano, chorus, and orchestra, with text by the poet Vladimir Lugovskoy and Prokofiev. It has remained one of the most renowned cantatas of the 20th century.
6 th part of cantata "The Field of the Dead" - Composed in C minor, the sixth movement is the lament of a girl seeking her lost lover, as well as kissing the eyelids of all the dead. The vocal solo is performed by a mezzo-soprano.
