>CURRICULUM ARTISTICO Albina Zachariades Contralto,began her studies at the age of four in her native city of Batumi,Georgia and graduated from the State Conservatory there in 1986 with Diploma in both voice and piano.Later studies took place at the State Conservatory of Tbilisi and at the Tchaikovsky’s State Conservatory in Moscow,where in 1991 she received a Diploma in voice and Opera.During this period she sang Carmen,Iolanta,Aida,Il Trovatore,and Cavaleria Rusticana as well as appearing in concert frequently and to critical acclaim.She was twice voted Artist-Laureate by the Ministry of Culture of Georgia.Mrs.Zachariades lives in Athens,Greece since 1991,where,in addition to her work as singing teacher and choral director,she continues to develop her performing career.Recent performances include,in addition to recital appearances in the Athens area,performances of the Alto Solo in Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater in Athens, in Czech Republic,of works by Bizet,Verdi and Mozart with the Severnotseska Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by John Apeitos,in Italy in Arena di Verona "Aida" and "Samson and Delilah".Since 1995 she has done vocal study with noted Italian Soprano Fiorella Carmen-Forti
