Albert Vorne

I was born in Lugano (CH) the 20th of September 1982, but I aways lived and worked in Italy.
My passion for music started when I was 13, the day I bought my first turntables and mixer. Of course I wasn't happy of playing other people's records only and I had to get my own synths, sampler, etc.
I was 18 when I signed my first deal with Mazeman (Sonic Solution) and I could not stop making music.
After a few years Armada, one of the biggest indie dance labels, noticed me and offered a new contract.
At that time I was mainly producing Techno, Progressive and Trance music. I had some good hits like Ravens Over My Rave, Formentera What (the Gareth Emery remix was the most played Trance track of 2007), Ares
and A Leaden day. but I could not imagine I was driving myself into a "Trance chamber" I would never get out.
After having played and supported the biggest DJs in the industry, from (Armin Van Buuren to Paul Oakenfold) I realized that was not my kind of thing anymore.
I was missing the underground feelings and I never liked too many glitters.
I have disappeared for a few years and now I am back with my band Army Of The Universe, a new label called 5th Rule Recordings, and a brand new Albert Vorne.
