AGONIA

Le groupe n'existe plus.
Created in 1998, coming from Lille AGONIA is a french metal band. After a couple of changes, AGONIA is now made up of 5 people:

Sandrine Guitar & vocals,
Sbastien Guitar bass,
Kevin Drums,
Loic Lead guitar
AGONIA gives emotion through lyrics in french & english. AGONIA is greek word which means mental pain, anguish Two adjectives which defines quite well the bewitching and original music of the band.
Agonias music blends aggressive and gentle moments topped with the intensity and emotion of two female voices.
AGONIA had to name some of the bands they feel musically close to, they would mention for instance : The Gathering, Nihil, Tool
AGONIA puts a lot of effort into doing gigs and festivals.
They recorded their first four-track demo in may 2001 (A link in a chain), then a second three track demo in may 2002 (Eveil) at the Noise Factory Studio in Roncq.
The first album is "Empreinte" 2004
