Composing opposites, embracing change, defying comparison. That's what their name is all about. It's not just a mere contracted form of the question "What would have happened if Adam killed Eve?", but the representation of a painful yet fascinating -and almost impossible- union between a melodic, hooking sound and violent shredding and screaming.
Adam Kills Eve's strength lies in chemistry, as shown since the first practice sessions, way back in 2006, when the first songs began pouring out effortlessly. They soon began producing the first self-released demo called "SeaSons" with which they began touring around Tuscany and everywhere in Italy.
AKE kept playing each Italian venue they could throughout 2007 and 2008, and made themselves known for their energetic live performances. In the second half of 2008 the band enters the Bro Studios, in Turin, to record their debut EP, "They Almost Killed Us With Their Hypocrisy": the EP was very raw yet full of ideas and set the basis for their sound to come.
AKE supported the EP with the live video for the single "Ready, Steady, Save The World!" and two italian tours. They also had the chance to open for a number of famous acts such as Alesana, Cancer Bats, Yashin, The Get Up Kids, Evergreen Terrace.
After a year and a half of touring they began writing the the new full lenght, the concept-album "The Interruption System". Enlisting longtime friend Helio Di Nardo (The Electric Diorama) as a producer, the band adopted this time a more mature song construction, all the while maintaining their raw energy intact.
As of now the only original members remaining are Fred (scream/clean voice), Oscar (Drums) and Ste (Synth/Scream). Bugio (guitar) joined the band just before the first Italian tour.
With the addition of versatile newcomers Giovanni (clean vocals, guitar) and Alessandro (bass, clean vocals), both formerly employed as lead vocalists in other italian acts, Adam Kills Eve's lineup now boasts an impressive vocal firepower that enhanced their live performances right away.
The new-and-improved Adam Kills Eve debuted on the 4th of September 2011 at the I-Day Festival (featuring the likes of The Offrsping, Taking Back Sunday and Simple Plan) marking their first show in front of thousands, and not just hundreds of people.
Adam Kills Eve's hopes are to reach every possible country, and to have fun with their friends live, before, during and after the show. They strongly believe that music is supported not just through social networks but through phisical contact with people. That is why the hope to make contact with you at a show, someday or the other.

Comporre due forze opposte, anticipare il cambiamento, sfidare le etichette. Questo è il significato del nome Adam Kills Eve: non è semplicemente la forma contratta della domanda " Che cosa sarebbe successo se Adamo avesse ucciso Eva?" ("What would have happened if Adam killed Eve?"), ma la rappresentazione dell'unione graffiante e affascinante tra le tinte melodiche e accattivanti dei ritornelli, inquadrati nella metodica violenza dei riff e dello scream.
Ognuno degli attuali membri ricorda la prima prova come un evento totalmente inatteso: nessuno conosceva gli altri, se non attraverso il passaparola; tutti provenivano da progetti differenti, e nessuno di loro pensava che avrebbero trovato una nuova armonia in un nuovo sistema così eterogeneo.
Subito inizia la produzione del primo Demo, SeaSons, autoprodotto che permette alla band di proporsi sulla scena Toscana e non solo.
Dopo opportuni cambi di formazione, gli Adam Kills Eve hanno cercato di raggiungere qualsiasi luogo fosse per loro possibile, in Italia, per tutto il 2007 e 2008 facendosi conoscere per i loro live frenetici e spettacolari. A metà 2008 la band entra in studio, presso i Bro Studios di Torino, per la registrazione del nuovo Ep, They Almost Killed Us With Their Hypocrisy: questo Ep suona ruvido e pieno di idee, atto a porre le basi per il futuro sound della band.
Gli AKE supportano l'ep con il video live per il singolo "Ready, Steady, Save The World!" e due tour italiani. Durante questi tour ottengono l'occasione di aprire per band del calibro di Alesana, Cancer Bats, Yashin, The Get Up Kids e Evergreen Terrace.
Dopo un anno e mezzo di concerti, inizia il processo di scrittura del full lenght intitolato "The Interruption System", che vede Helio Di Nardo (The Electric Diorama) amico di vecchia data della band come produttore artistico. Questa collaborazione segna la nascita di una costruzione più matura delle strutture dei pezzi, pur non trascurando la loro energia primitiva. All'incirca a metà della scrittura del disco, gli AKE decidono che sarà un concept album, di cui sperano di far conoscere attentamente la storia e i temi portanti anche attraverso i vari media e video, così da coinvolgere attivamente chi li segue.
Gli unici membri originali ancora attivi nella line-up corrente sono Fred (scream/voce pulita), Oscar (batteria) e Ste (tastiere/scream). Completano la band Andrea (chitarra), e le due new entry reclutate negli ultimi mesi: Alessandro (basso) e Giovanni (chitarra/voce pulita) ambedue ex-vocalist di band italiane locali.
Con questa line-up, il 4 settembre 2011 gli Adam Kills Eve partecipano al concerto più importante della loro carriera: l'I-Day Festival (con The Offspring e Simple Plan come headliner, e Taking Back Sunday, No Use For a Name tra le altre band in cartellone). L'I-Day è il primo concerto in cui la band si esibisce di fronte non più a centinaia, ma a migliaia di persone.
Il proposito degli Adam Kills Eve è quello di raggiungere qualsiasi città e divertirsi con i propri amici prima, durante e dopo lo show. Gli AKE credono fermamente che la musica non si promuove soltanto attraverso i social network, ma attraverso il contatto fisico con le persone. Ecco perché sperano di incontrarvi a uno dei loro show, un giorno o l'altro.
