Original lead singer of the popular group TKA. With 1 singles such as "One Way Love, "Come Get My Love", X-ray Vision and many more.
Growing up in Spanish Harlem Aby was inspired listening to his Dad who was the lead vocalist of a jazz orchestra who performed locally and in Puerto Rico. Through out Abys childhood he became close friends and wrote his first song with now Latin Pop Sensation Marc Anthony. At the age 11 Aby auditioned and was accepted into the East Harlem Boys Choir, which are now known as the Harlem Boys Choir. He acquired his first taste of stardom performing through out the United States and some countries around the world. After the Choir Aby moved on with his skills and enrolled in Barbizon School of Arts of N.Y. where he graduated from acting and performed locally in off Broadway Plays. After a couple of plays Aby still desired the spot light as a singer. He went on his own and started performing in local clubs, quickly making a name for himself. Aby joined forces with his cousin Tony and neighborhood friend Kayel (K-7), forming the Latin Dance Pop group TKA who were joined by Latin Female Super Star Diva INDIA (First TKA demo featured Aby and old time friend Marc Anthony). TKA went on to top the Dance Charts with numerous 1 singles. After 5 years with the group Aby decided to fly on his own, having success in Canada and over seas performing as Da A Clan. In 1997 Aby rejoined his old friends for a reunion tour of the original TKA. After the success of the reunion, Aby continues to perform his hits across the USA on his own . Aby also continues to record in the studio which he plans to release another album in the near future.
