From a conflict of interest with 90's cult band T-Cells, a new breed metal act, Deschamp’s acoustic based music machine was formed. The new act appropriately becoming titled, A Bone of Contention
An unique act providing an acoustic alternative that is of international standard, the term AUSCOUSTIC has been coined to describe Deschamp’s voice, song-writing prowess, and the unmistakable sound that is A Bone Of Contention.
An alternative to the Butler blues based beats; they have a dreamy, vocally-dominated sound that is melodic and versatile. Rarely will you see a band that has the ability to draw the listener into a mode that is this intimate & hypnotic.
A Bone Of Contention are;
S(t)eve Deschamp, Seve is a multi nominated, W.A.M.I award winning, actor, singer song-writer, musician, host and entertainer with a vast knowledge of both local and international music. In (2004/5) Seve signed five tracks to 4807 Music in London to be featured in films and television in Europe. Seve was recently become the music presenter on Access morning television show, Wake up WA
Seve has just completed a 2 highly successful projects With BaD RoBoT signed to L atomie Records (FR) and the Future Dogs.
Last year Seve was flown to Sydney to meet with Misfits guitarist Doyle Von Frankenstein to discuss future projects.
After a year long-world wide auditioning process Swedish heavyweights Last Amanda chose Seve as their new lead singer for a project based in Las Angeles.
Mixed in with this seve found time to tour extensively in Europe particularly France.
Grom is the beats of the beast. . Grom utilizes many unconventional apparatuses to bash his way around the stage both rhythmically and forcibly
