A2 formally known as "A2 Da Gee" is a young artist from South East London. Growing up around Garage and Jungle music it was only right the talented musician would take a shining to Grime. As a 15 year old he regularly attended radio set on Manic FM and Axe Fm with his crew Merk Boyz.



A2 has been doing music for at least 5 years. Strongly influenced by the likes of Heartless Crew & So Solid Crew, the artist is now trying to establish himself in the UK Music Scene. His unique flow and aggressive punch lines make him stand out for other artist in the scene, he is very clear with his voice projection and word pronunciation along with his metaphors and similes. In his spare time the artist also fits producing into his schedule. Starting off with a demo version of FruityLoops 3 in 2004 he is currently producing work in the studio on Logic 9. A2 tries to keep his music style unique from the default grime sound, adding live instruments and melodic patterns into his productions.



The young mc has a Mix Tape out now called 'The Worst of A2', which includes artist such as P-Money, Dot Rotten, Konan, Little Dee, Krept, Voltage, Maxsta and many more. He also produced the majority of the CD with 2 beats from industry friend Dot Rotten



At the moment A2 is putting in a lot of work for 2010, working on singles, collaborating, hood videos and Interviews. He is also trying to record music with up and coming talent around the UK trying.
