Update 14/10/2005

Well.it has been a long while since we've updated this shit, so, here it goes. we've played a couple of times, this last months, but it's been some pretty good shows. We had a little big change in our line up, once again. Lord D. (Unstable / Steal Your Crown) has joined 69 Balls, filling Zé Godinho's place, giving us the power we were needing, such as hate. He joined us in order to record our new E.P., wich has no name yet, not even it's release date, but we promisse it will be availabe on stores until the end of this year. It counts with 5 new songs and it will be featuring the special participation of Marco Dilone (Last Hope) in the song "Tu e Eu", one of the strongest themes to be included in this new work. We also have participated in the "BREAK THE RULES" compilation with a lot of portuguese HardCore bands and we will appear in the "HOOLIGAN - A Tribute to HC Fans" compilation with portuguese and foreign HC/Punk/Rock bands.

More good news related with th 69 Balls, most expecificly with our sponsor, the Cara ou Coroa Tattoos Studio. The tattoo studio will leave the

Miratejo instalations and will be located at Cacilhas, with another tattooer to join Russo, our brother and partner in crime, Vilela.

The exact location will be anounced here later, such as the new store logo.

It's everything for now. Be aware for all the activities and updates related to 69 Balls and the Margem Sul HardCore. See ya!!!

Update 05/05/2005

Formed in the beginning of 1998, by Lebre (vocals), Camisas (guitar), Stimpy (bass) and White (drums), with the intention to make pure HardCore-Punk with the Margem Sul HardCore trademark. In 2000 we walked into Margem Sul Studios to record a three song demo (69 Balls, My Friends, Let’s Get United) and on January 2002 we’ve entered the same studio to record a heavier and powerful debut CD named “Margem Sul HardCore”, which had an amazing feedback in the MSHC movement, dragging the band to a new higher level. With seven new songs featuring special appearances of Sobrinho on “SouthSide” and Booga (Campo Minado / Ruthless Breed) on “So Much Talk”, we give a special attention to songs like “’Till The End”, “Bebados & Drogados”, and the well-known MSHC anthem, “M.S. Kick Ass”. After that, for personal reasons, we had to stop rehearsing for two long years, but we never stop writing new material. In the beginning of 2004, Lebre and Stimpy abandoned 69 BALLS, giving their places to Zé (Self Respect) and Chimpuim (Newt / Call 2 Power / Ruthless Breed). Chimpuim leaves the band a few months after that, giving his place to Chutos (Campo Minado / Dirty Star Records), which he has abandoned after the Side By Side HC Fest 2005, giving his place, once again, to Chimpuim. We’re right now writing new material and working on the songs we’ve wrote during those two years that we’ve been stopped, to record a new album that will show a new sonority, a lot heavier, faster and brutal. It will be out before the end of this year. It will also have the special appearance of Dilone (Last Hope) and Lord D. (Steal Your Crown / Unstable). It’ll be half Portuguese, half English written and will demonstrate, more than ever, our power, our lifestyles and our dedication to what we stand for… MARGEM SUL HARDCORE!!!
