Next of Kin

4Deep combines creative elements from previous Philadelphia and NYC bands Smoke, UnTied, and Pose'n. The collective sum of this gathering of forces has created a web of intricate, yet fully accessible modern rock.



Born in early 2005, 4Deep, then comprised of guitarist James Angelucci and bassist Dan Dawson along with a rogue group of various other musicians, happened upon Mad Dawg while searching for the vocals to tie this group together. The three of them were lucky enough to drag Vince into the mix just at the turn of this year.



Guided by the full force of Angelucci's guitar and the rock solid rhythm of Dan and Vince, Mad Dawg's vocals provide a constantly changing landscape. 4Deep creates its music throughout this landscape, offering everything from solid rock-ballads to blistering metal.
