Triple Overhead Cam was formed in 2003 by Jeremy Wyrick and Matt Cash, with drummer Josh Lane, as a side project to what was their current musical outlet.
The name was inspired by Wyrick's and Cash's love for tweaking cars as well as the band being a three piece.
Just like the main influences of the band, Green Day, Blink 182, The Minutemen, and The Police, being a three piece made sense for the style and sound being produced.

After a couple of drummer changes throughout the years, Triple Overhead Cam has recruited Greg "Ghop" Hopkins into the lineup.
Ghop's musical experience and knowledge is a huge asset in the writing process.
As well as a talented drummer and rhythm vocalist, Ghop is also a guitar player and singer/songwriter.
He always has a fresh perspective when Wyrick and Cash are trying to work out a new idea.

Guitarist and vocalist Matt Cash picked up the guitar at a very early age and never looked back.
His uncle was, and still is, a touring musician and has inspired Matt in his musical endeavors.
Cash puts the twang to the music and his vocals say the rest with tracks such as "That You Do" and "K".
Being a founding member of the band, Cash has always been a big part of what Triple Overhead Cam puts out.

Bassist and vocalist Jeremy Wyrick has been playing in bands as a lead role for 14 years.
Always assuming the role of the driving force, Wyrick takes on a different approach and finds himself in awe with the hard work Cash and Ghop put into their art.
Often referred to as the human metronome, Wyrick adds the heavy to Triple Overhead Cam's sound as well as tackling the lead vocalist role for half the bands' discography.

These three musical multi taskers make up the Alamance County, NC punk rock scene.
They have stood the test of time and are now able to take punk rock to the next level of sound and attitude.
Triple Overhead Cam will rock you!
