3D

The ideology of the band 3D (Kavadarci) is to prove that there are no rules in the music and that a band can make music without drum and vocal. This function can do one man without any instruments. “Beat Box” was completely unknown notion in Macedonia. No one have tried to perform it on a stage, or tried but he was not persistent and normally - he was thrown off. Kolev Momir decided to show that one man can replace drums and rhythm machine, while Pecov Milan and Atanasov Viktor started to make experiments with the music. They succeed to make a combination of funky, jazz, blues and ethno with some metal feelings and the result was some “postindustrial” sound. They mixed it with the sound from Momir’s mouth and the profit was 3D. In the beginning nearly everybody were skeptics about the band. But that was not a problem for 3D to make the first concert on Rock Fest 2007 in Skopje. After this event a lot of the skeptics said “not bad at all” and the others hearing these words decided to give the band a chance. Since then, 3D had played on a concerts a lot of times around Macedonia. They were part of Winner Fest 2008 and were 3th place and finally took 1st place on one of the biggest festivals in Macedonia, Gitarijada 2008. 3D had recorded a demo album called “Suck My Aristotel”. There are 8 songs on the album. In this moment 3D works on a new material.
