Michael Holland, originally from Monroe, North Carolina, wrote songs for, sang, and played guitar in a North Carolina band called Jennyanykind from 1992-2003. They released about 8 or so records on No. 6, Elektra, Yep Roc, and MoRisen. They had their share of success and failure. They never looked back.

One day, in the not too distant future, Michael plans to pick up the slide guitar again, and it will do all the talking for him. It won't be technically brilliant, but it will be talking.

For now, that day will have to wait.

Songs performed with The Occoneechee String Band.
