ÜBER 20 DEGREES°



Das Projekt 20 degrees° besteht aus Sängerin und Songwriterin „Miss Pia“ und Produzent „Mister Jack Pot“. Beide haben schon jahrelange musikalische Erfahrung und verwirklichen mit 20 degrees° ihre Vorstellung von anspruchsvoller, elektronischer Musik. Dabei reicht das Spektrum von melodiösen Clubsounds bis hin zu groovenden Housetracks, teils mit deutschen, teils mit englischen Vocals verfeinert.



Durch den Auftritt im 20er-Jahre-Look mit Anzug bzw. Wellscheitel vereinen sich so Stil und Musik zu einer nicht mehr trennbaren optischen und akustischen Augen- und Ohrenweide.



20 degrees° haben sich Ziele gesetzt und sind auf dem besten Wege in die Ohren der Welt. Durch verschiedene Radiosendungen bei JUMP und TOP 40 haben die beiden auf sich aufmerksam gemacht und entsprechend war die Resonanz. Man durfte gespannt auf den Ausgang des Bandwettbewerbs „Jump Blitzstart“ (siehe unten) warten, der eine große Chance bot und bei dem die beiden ganz vorne mitspielten (Platz 3 von über 500 Bewerbern).



Für die Zukunft ist die Fertigstellung des ersten Albums geplant.



Auf der Suche nach einem richtigen Label sind 20 degrees° ebenfalls noch.



ABOUT 20 DEGREES°



20 degrees is a music project from Erfurt/Germany consisting of singer and songwriter Miss Pia and producer Mister Jack Pot.



Both of them have been making music independently of each other for more than 8 years but always wanted to realize their common idea of an outstanding band that is able to produce some excellent electronic tunes – 20 degrees° was born!

Their songs combine a variety of different styles like the typical club sound or groovy house music with the stunning voice of Miss Pia on top of it.

Not only their music is unusual, their stage outfits are as well: Mister Jack Pot sticks to suit and tie while Miss Pia focuses on a hair style that was recently fashionable in the 1920’s.

As a result of several radio broadcasts as well as live shows 20 degrees’ popularity keeps rising continually although they have not found the right label yet.

Currently 20 degrees are working on their first LP and for those ones who cannot wait that long they will soon release a vinyl-single that comes along with two or three remixes by other German artists.

At the same time they will be touring through German clubs and discos with an overwhelming show made up of awesome music, extraordinary stage outfits and brilliant video animation.
