My passion and love for music began at the age of six. I discovered this passion at Greek school where my mother use to send me every Wednesday and Saturday to learn to speak, read and write in this language. I also learned to sing, dance and perform on stage participating in Greek and English dances and plays. I stopped attending Greek school at fourteen but my passion continued.

Between the ages of eleven and sixteen I attended George Mitchell Secondary school, here I continued to improve and increase my love for the performing arts by taking lessons in singing, acting, dancing and expressive arts. All of which I passed all with A* grades.

From here I knew I was destined to be a performer.

At Sixteen I enrolled at Leyton Sixth Form College, here I studied Performing Arts. I participated in two BTEC courses over a three year period. I finished with distinctions.

This is where the hard work started and I noticed myself improving, I can honestly say I began to blossom. During this period I learnt the finer things about performing, e.g. voice control, breathing techniques, character development, stage presence and dance just to name a few. My song, script and play writing improved and I discovered I had a creative, emotional and mature side to me as well as a fun loving, energetic side.

I also learnt about producing music and controlling my voice within a studio. This requires microphone technique. It is here where I wrote, sang and recorded my first song. I called this I love a man.

Every year over the three year period I was involved in drama productions which were performed to the public. I particularly remember the first production which was Peter Pan because I was involved in directing this and because I can remember the excitement and the buzz of performing this in front of a large crowd. It was a huge success. I felt particularly proud as I was selected for the leading role (as I always was) because of my powerful voice, wide vocal range, great stage presence.

I feel I am a great performer/entertainer and was born to be on stage either singing or acting. Being in the lime light helped me build up my confidence and allowed me to control and express my emotions in front of large crowds. It became natural to me, I was able to relate to the crowds and them to me I then went on to participating in performances and talent shows out of college.

During my last year of college I began to work with a variety of producers this experience had its ups and down. On the down side I released a single with a featured artist, because of my naivety and trusting nature, resulted in getting ripped off. On the up side it has been a learning experience and has helped me grow as an artist and learn that I am able to cope with the stressful side of being an artist as well as the exciting side. It took time out to gain more knowledge about the music industry. This inspired me to get my own studio and release my own material. I had to work hard work, long hours. I lived, ate and breathed music.

I had to promote, distribute and sell myself as an artist.

Through my promoting I gained a lot of personal contacts in the music scene and have performed at shows and clubs all over England and regularly in Cyprus over the past 4 years. I have also performed at some of the biggest events and stages in London e.g. Respect Festival (Mayors Festival) 500.000 people over two days and Urban Music Festival (Princes Trust)also a two day event with artist from America and around the world promoting Urban Music. Some of the worlds famous artist where involved with these events.

One of my main inspirations has been Mary J Blige. I can relate to how she uses music to put across her pain, loss and struggles of life. She also has a powerful voice, which is not only unique, but I feel that she projects her voice in reflection to the songs that she sings. This is how I want people to see my music.

I want to entertain people with my music, yet I also want them to sit back and listen to the words because I know that they everyone can relate to my songs because of events that have occurred in their lives. My lyrics express events that occur in everyday life itself be it good or bad.

In the future I see myself working hard and successfully as a musician/singer, and being recognised for my talents.

I want to bring a difference to the music world by bringing all races, religions together to listen and appreciate my music. I believe that a true musician should be diverse and relate and respect all. I enjoy all types of music because all types of music have its own beauty and message.
