Ljungblut is just a phase. Some scars Ive been trying to hide for a while. Another barcode you wont understand. Much like Seigmen and Zeromancer there will be songs about unconditional love and hate. On how to stop the bleeding. A blank manual for heartache and headache. Being lonely in the company of others. Crushed by the weight of a feather.
I can see the ocean from my window. I can hear the waves breaking down at the empty beach. I dont need much sleep. Stranded songs on my mind. Songs that never ends. Like sirens wailing in slow motion sickness. There is a grand chance there will be twenty songs on it. Yeahmeaning a devilish double album. The first ten songs will be the real deal. The last ten were those that I felt never needed the extra make up. Hence the nickthe raw deal. A soundtrack for cold bedrooms and bitter ends. A score for ugly summers you never let in. Somehow the last year turned it all around.
A good life is a quiet life.
You close your eyes but you cant end the flimmer. Wanting those moments that didnt last. Automatic nights in the Oval Room swapped with white hours at The Envelope. Mixing soon in progress. Lock-outs on the outskirts of a capitol. The backyard of an airport of broken skies and dead arrivals. Sore eyes flickering in the glare of endless blue screens. Screaming in silence.
In darkness we all shine.
