On the 26th of April 1985, two young parents proudly welcomed thier

first born son and gave him the name, Marcus Mc Intosh. To them he

was a blessing but to the world he would become even more. Growing

up in the ghettos of marabella, Marcus had music in his family. Being

the nephew of a then young reggae/dancehall masterdind, Revelation,

the influence was always there. As sure as the sun sets in the west,

the south land saw the birth of entertainment personality, Young Mark

at the remarkabley tender age of 8. With the encouragement of family

and friends, he continued singing and grew closer to his destiny. In an

accounted instance, cross over sensation Cutty, recalled a conversation

he had with his child hood friend Revelation. " .I could remember

he (Revelation) tellin me long time ago that he has a little nephew

(Zebulun then, 9 year old Young Mark) coming up and he real bad dread"

Cutty said. His uncle boasted of his potential and his ability to write

his own songs. According to Zebulun however, he did not acknowledge

his talent with the pen untill he was around the age of eleven. He then

made his first ever public appearance in Pleasantville, Before a large

audiance in which the Then Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago

was included. His popularity began to grow as he frequented in

various private and community shows using his smooth voice to

deliver concious lyrics. In March of 2006 his (still Young Mark) uncle

introduced him to a friend and Dj named Anton d' Outlaw. Impressed

with the youngsters voice and talent he decided to sign him to his

management label Lawless Entertainment. Things then got even more

interesting when Revelation introduced them both to his friends at the

prominent reggae powerhouse Studio 53 Entertainment. They were on

a sucess streak after giving the public Million Voice's One Family,

Isasha's Don't U Know and then rocking the country with thier

Ash Wednesday Release of The Signs Riddim. They had something

else cooking and He was gonna be on it. At first Studio 53

producer Angelo, was sceptical but the instant he heard the voice

and prolific lyrical content of Young Mark's song inspired by his

music all doubts left him. "So when can U bring him back to record"

he immediately asked Anton, and that was just the begining.

It was after the recording of that song on the Patience Riddim

entitled Fake/Fake Love that he was given the name Zebulun.

The world over would now get to know him by this name. He

then recorded a lovers rock single with Studio 53 entitled

Never Stray. Then he recorded what is probably his most popular

song yet titled Burn Prostitution on K.M.C's Rocket Launcher Riddim.

The medley video shot for the production aided his popularity and

drew him deeper into the performance circuit. He continued to work

in studios like Imperial House and Caribbean Undergound and also

Studio 53 amongst others. Zebulun is currently workin on his album

which will probably be in stores at the years end.
