ZAPATA

ZAPATA, es el proyecto solista de Javier Zapata Glisser, miembro fundador de Horrible, banda pionera del Ambient Shuegaze a principios del 2000 en Valparaíso, siempre fue considerado como la parte oscura del grupo. El primer trabajo de Horrible "bipolar (2001)" fue uno de los ganadores del concurso Super 45 el mismo año. ZAPATA, rescata el rock oscuro y atmosférico de horrible para llevarlo hacia sonoridades más extremas.

Junto con la publicación de "Agosto", se relanzará por el mismo sello la primera producción de Horrible "bipolar" publicado originalmente como un ep de solo 4 temas, para esta edición se decidió agregar dos temas de la misma sesión de bipolar que se habían dejado injustamente afuera.



ZAPATA, it is the project soloist of Javier Zapata Glisser, charter member of Horrible, pioneering band of the Ambient Shuegaze at the beginning of 2000 in Valparaiso, always it was considered to be the dark part of the group. The first work of Horrible " Bipolar(2001) " was one of the winners of the contest Super 45 the same year.

ZAPATA rescues the dark and atmospheric rock of horrible to take it towards more extreme sonorities.

This year will be published by the Mexican label Ruido Horrible , the first work of ZAPATA , called "Agosto".

In relation to this, some live presentations are planned to present the disc principally in Valparaiso and Santiago, together with a band, something different enough from what was done last year in the "Café Epif".
