YOU'RE FIRED

In late 2000, Boston's Seth Putnam (A.C.) and Mark Fields (PROCLAMATION) began plotting a new path of musical destruction. It was just about a year later that things began taking shape when Seth recruited A.C./KEVORKIAN'S ANGELS drummer John Gillis and bassist Nick Camilleri (also of KEVORKIAN'S ANGELS) to put together some brutally fast, raw and abrasive hardcore.



Rehearsals commenced at the outset of 2002, and by mid-March of that year YOU'RE FIRED's first studio recordings were completed with engineer Steve Austin.



Germany's RSR snapped up these recordings for release on a 7" called, "Warning," after a PTL KLUB cover that closed the E.P. Faceless P.C. zealots on some European message boards began libeling the band "racist," attributing hidden agendas to YOU'RE FIRED's lyrics where there were none.



Scattered live shows ensued between 2002 and 2004. Seth was hospitalized for a while, which put the band on hold.



2006 will see the band back in action in the studio and on stage. Stay tuned.
