At the age of 22, Young Street is a solo artist cooming from San Francisco,Fillmore,California. Born and raised from the exact same block as the Mighty Quinn. Young Street has been rapping for 4 years but is just know hitting the bay area rap scene. Younger brother of Telly Mac The General(former Gamblaz Member),and Reddy Redd(Born Ready cooming soon),he has been able to soak up some game, if you will, from the latest and greatest bay area and worldwide artist and entertainers. Hitting the streets hard with 3 mixtapes all entitled The Big In the Paint Saga Vol.1-3, just so he can promote the big bang. The debut solo album featuring: San Quinn, Messy Marv, Telly Mac the General, Reddy Redd, Ya Boy, B-Gutta, Rappin 4-Tay, Seff tha Gaffla and many many more. "I ain't hyphy, but I'm down with the hyphy movement. So you might here about 1 or 2 of em on there dedicated 2 the hyphy movement. " To me, it dosen't sound like this cats even from Frisco. That is until you hear that raspy voice gnarl and growl his beloved turf, Uptown,Central,Fillmore and the 4 1 Feeve!. Yes! This 21 year old baby gangsta is grown enough to spit with the best. ON MY MAMMA!! 1 of the hardest working underground Frisco artist since San Quinn had to fight 2 get his very well deserved Emperor of the Sco noteriety,Young Street has been at it on wax for 4 years,giving the streets mixtape after mixtape and rare underground Street LP's,all self titled.Now,finally at work on his first full length studio album entitled "Big in the Paint",Young Street has a different outlook towards the game." Now,since I been writting music for a long time,the streets know me.But due to lack of distribution and promotion from people I worked with I'm still unheard.I've done songs with San Quinn,Ya Boy,The Gamblaz Telly Mack Da General and Devo,Seff the Gaffla,The Goodfelonz,the Legendary Lenny Williams,I realized that regardless if I'm signed or not,its always gonna be a give and go situation.If I keep giving the music,eventually somebody is gonna go with it.This time around(first solo album "Take It Personal" never dropped due to incarceration) I know that its not about being signed or the money.Its like,when your doing something for so long,it becomes your way of life and either you fall in love with it or you hate it.And I fell in love with making music the first time I ever learned that I could write a song.So I'm here!"



Big in the Paint takes a different approach from his curret attempts to grab the streets. "The streets?I got the streets.Thats my name!I'm trying to get the world.At least give a nigga B.E.T! Lol". With a wider variety of song subject and matter,still lyrical but this time less 16's and more catchy hooks and bridges,Young Street paints a perfect picture of the lifestyles of the disobayish with songs like "Come Ride With Me" and "I Came 2 Party",talks about poverty,budget cuts,war plans and the love of his life,the streets on the very touching lyrical and brain workout "2 All My People",he then gets it HYPHY as we know it on songs like "Outside the Club" and "Go Hyphy,Get Stupid,Go Dumb" ft Street Team's very own artist Chriss Collins and the Fire Dept.,and lyrically injects venom into the listeners on the albums title track "Big in the Paint" ft fellow H.O.Money recording artist B-Gutta on the hook.With all these tracks just named produced by Legendary Fillmore Producer who gave u hits from Boss Man to San Quinn to Fully Loaded,Icy Mike Beats,Young Street can't go wrong.
