Young Fie was born Oct.4 1979 in sanford fl. At a very young age he realized that he possesed a special talent for writing, but what set him apart from most kids at his age was his ability to convey raw emotion vividly with his words. At age 15 Young Fie signed his first independent recording contract, with then indie label Black Knight recording. By age 18 he was already a local legend. Known for his laid back, monotone, undeniable rhyme style he has been labeled as one of the best mc's never heard. Young fie has realeased 2 underground albums, (1 group album) Tha Struggle, (1 solo album) The Life. If you add that to the numerous mixtape appearances, unforgettable guest appearences, and an intoxicating live show it obvious that Young Fie is in a lane of his own.



In the music industry one looks for someone they can relate to, someone who can put their emotions into word and make their dreams and aspirations come to life. I know that in me you have found that diamond in the rough. I am the missing link to this industry we call music. Music to me is not just a good beat and snappy lyrics, it’s a way of life, and it’s what makes me wake up. My daughter drives me to be a better man and a better rapper. It’s how I breathe, so I try to tell a story with every rhyme I write. One anybody can visually see in their mind. The trendsetter in me sets me apart from everybody else.
