Born October 6, 1984 in Houston, Texas at Jefferson Davis Hospital as Brandon Jon'Tray Kindle aka Young B. Throughout my childhood I was mainly focused on sports from lil league football to high school football and baseball. I had dreams of becoming an NFL superstar, while attending college at Prairie View A&M I tried to walk on but I realized college ball wasnt for me. Growing up I had every opportunity to take this rap shit seriously being that my step dad is Bun B, but rapping wasnt something that I was interested in . I didnt start messing around with the rap shit until I met my nigga Chi$e my freshmen year at Prairie View. We would record freestyles in our dorm rooms but even then I wasnt serious. One night at the Candy Shop talking to Lil Wayne and Currency they asked if I rapped and I told them NO, they were asking why not? and telling me all the opportunities I had, from that day I begin to realize if I really foucs on this rap shit then I could be successful. From that day on I really started getting serious and since then I havent put the pen and pad down and I live at the studio.

Being Bun B's step son most people would think thats an easy way into the game, but it just makes it twice as hard. Everybody thinks I am getting hand outs because of who he is but just like Bun had to hustle and start from scratch I have to do the same, and I have even more pressure on me as an artist because Bun is known for his great lyrics, and is highly respected. I cant just come with bullshit and expect for people to like my shit thats why i work hard everyday.

I've come a long way from my freshmen year at Prairie View. The GRIT BOYS have takin me under their wing and showed love. They taught me the ends and outs of the rap game; from how to spit on the mic to performing. I understand the game a lot better now and I am focused. To continue the trill movement I started my own record label So Trill Ent. which I am the CEO, we teamed up with Way II Much Ent. Where we have started a New Young Houston Movement.
