Youth Riot Started back in 2007. The band was formed by Skully and Ryan, and began as an acoustic punk band. Not long after forming, the band brought in Tom, also known as Ace, on lead guitar, and Derrik, aka Deek, in on drums. Shortly after, Derrik and Tom left the band and a much appreciated fill in drummer was brought in to help the band play shows. After a few months, a permanent drummer was brought in named Noah. The band continued on for several months before Kelly was brought in on lead guitar.
Youth Riot is known in the polk county, FL, music scene as being one of the most quickly rising and popular punk bands in central florida in the early 2000's. However, sadly after only being together for a year and a half, the band split due to inner band disagreements. A few attempts at bringing the band back have been made, but none have worked out.
From all members of the band, We would like to thank all of the fans, friends, venues, parents, and supporters. It was amazing being able to play for you.
