In the early part of 2006 the thought of a new R&B girl group became the task at hand. Perfect timing is what producer Rob Williams calls it. Rob “Bobby” Williams is the brains behind these operations. He set out earlier in the year looking for three talented young ladies to complete his all girl group. His goal soon became reality.



The first member, Tabitha “Babii” Riley, was already set in place. She had previously been working with Rob when he pitched the new idea to her. She was ecstatic and could not wait to embark upon this new and exciting project. After several months of scouting, Rob finally found the group’s second member, Alicia “Ali” Caldwell. Shaina Checko completed the group, and the masterpiece began.



While diligently working towards perfection, Rob decided it was time to give these girls a name. After several weeks of brainstorming, he named his work in progess XHALE. In Webster’s Dictionary the word “exhale” means to breathe out. Rob and the girls mutually felt that the industry has been in a frozen state, holding their breath, and waiting for “real” music to resurface. They strongly believe that they can refurbish music back to where it used to be with real singing, real harmonies and a real love for music. XHALE humbly comes to bring a sigh of relief. They want the music industry to have no fear because they are here to relieve mind, body and soul. XHALE is a new breed of talented and spirited young ladies who dare to let this industry breathe again.
