WE SEE SOPHIE

Since their formation in late 2005, WE SEE SOPHIE, the three-piece from Glasgow have found themselves travelling as far as Germany and Poland to deliver their music to their fans’ doorsteps.



The band has spent the majority of 2007 in Germany, touring to promote their second E.P. “Forgive, Forget, Disaster”, playing to an average of 250 people per gig. The band’s campaign has been further assisted by having regular airplay on regional and national German radio stations as well as newspaper and magazine coverage in each city they have performed. March 23rd saw the trio headlining the Alter Schlachthof, in Dresden, to an audience of 2300, where fellow Brits, Bloc Party and Biffy Clyro will be performed in May. Following the success of the Alter Schlachthof concert, the band has been invited to perform at a number of music festivals across the country. To keep the home fires burning, their music has been featured on XFM Scotland’s Exposure and the Evening Times’ “Time Out” magazine.



Having recently joined Scottish Music Network management, the band will return to Scotland on September 18th to continue the WE SEE SOPHIE crusade in the UK.
