Anglo-Swedish alternative acoustic trio WE GHOSTS formed in 2004 and have played hundereds of gigs a year ever since! Act comprising of English singer, songwriter and guitarist John Christopher and Swedish singer Jenny Jonasson (aka J.J.Woodall). They've enchanted audiences in both of their home countries, elswhere in Europe and the U.S- released three EP's and the album "Paranormal activity" in 2006. Mainly touring Sweden and the U.K ever since. Their fine blend of vocal harmony plus punchy, rolling acoustic guitar rhythms make for a splendid live show worthy of any stage and their atmospheric, eerie and inventive recordings have been used in soundtracks as well having received frequent airplay.
The highly successful launch and promotional tour of the album "Things That Go Bump In The Night" in 2009, resulted in the live album "Walking Through Walls", released in the late summer of 2010. The new studio album " Almost Alone" is to be released in association with South London based label "Deep river records" and should be out in the early part of 2012 .
We Ghosts will also release tracks with Bristol based "Reel Me Records" hopefully as early as the autumn of 2012.
All albums can be purchased online on itunes, amazon, e-music and more or visit:

"We Ghosts definitely provide something different for the local music fan and need to be heard before being pigeonholed. Their understanding of the traditions of folk, blues and pop are welcome, but even more welcome is their ability to rip up the rule book and drag a style of music that is sometimes over-indulged kicking and screaming into the future".

"We Ghosts" return to Pave for one night only before heading back to Sweden for the rest of their extensive tour. This folky, jazz, mysterious and very talanted trio are winning crowds over everywhere they go. They are currently recording their latest album "Things That Go Bump In The Night" set to be finished in the summer of 2009. expect great things from "The Queen Of Acoustica".

On the song "No Time For Goodbye", MP3 of the week Sep-2007.
Lemonrock review:
"There's a certain eeriness to this nicely crafted pop song, with well recorded acoustic guitars and unusual keyboard sounds. and yet the whole thing is familiar somehow. strong and distinctive - in a slightly affected style, perhaps attributable to the nationality of the female singer - the vocals remind us of dozens of radio-friendly bands both past and present: there is no reason why We Ghosts shouldn't join such a parade."
