Times are never easy for any band. When Wasted Angels crawled out of the Manchester music scene in 2007 they were a young band trying to stand out, trying to make a difference within a city swamped in its Indie, Hacienda styling’s. Now only 3 years, over 20,000 tour miles and the best part of 300 shows later this band have really become masters of their craft. It’s not always pretty, it’s certainly not glamorous, and it’s definitely not sell-out tours, but it’s a band fighting to make an impression and facing the challenge of bringing their music to every town or city they can get their claws into.



February 15th 2010 will see the launch of their debut EP “Sinners,” an Ep described by them as a tribute to the bands beginnings, demonstrating a bright, lively up beat side of the band. “We came straight off our European tour and into the studio, and this is what came out.” – Said the band in a recent interview – “We had no idea what songs we were going to be recording but went in and did a mix of the four we thought represented us and sounded damn good together. The problem is you can never do everything and the next Cd will probably be something completely different, it just depends what angle we decide to take when we enter the studio”.



Look out for Wasted Angels this 2010 as it all kicks off February 15th and I am sure we will be seeing a lot more of them over the coming months.
