I like reading the band bios that are written in third-person. You know the one, where it is really obvious the artist is writing about themself. This isnt one of those. I dont do well talking about me, but if you are REALLY that interested in knowing where the music comes from.here you go. The "band" originally got its start in the middle of the Pacific Ocean somewhere between Vancouver, Canada and Kobe, Japan. The three of us met on Semester at Sea in 2000

and since then, rarely have the pleasure of playing together. We have made time to record over the years occasionally you will hear that reflected in one of the recordings on this page. We are all pursing different life paths in completely different parts of the world now, but this music is made up of more than lyrics and chords. What you hear is a group effort.

WARREN ACUNCIUS

- I am attempting to save the world. I am currently a graduate student at the Univeristy of Washington and am gaining my masters in international policy. Ive been playing the piano for as long as I can remember, but couldnt pack a baby grand with me to college, so I picked up the guitar. Since then it has been a long evolution of writing music whenever motivated. No, I am not dark and melancholy, though it might sound like that with some of my tunes. If I could write all happy songs I would, but that mood isnt what motivates me to write. What does inspire is a thoughtful melody and life situations that I think I share with everyone out there. I like the transition from major chords to minor chords. Most of my music is very personal, but what I like is that every song can have a different meaning to every individual who hears it. Oh yeah, I have a website too -check it out at warrenacuncius.com

ANDREW BRUSLETTEN

- When playing music started to get boring I was introduced to the talents of Andrew Brusletten. Since performing with Andrew my ability to sing the correct words and play the correct chords has diminished. I catch myself listening to him wrap harmonies around song melodies when I should be concentrating on my singing, but I have way too much fun being a spectator when Andrew is on the stage with me. It looks like we may have another couple shows coming up in Seattle. Stay tuned for updates!

BLAKE CONGDON

- Lives in B-town (Baltimore). I have never seen someone more interested in perfection and detail when it comes to guitar. I guess that is what you get with the classically trained. I once left him alone for two hourse to record lead guitar over a song. When I came back he was still working on the first verse. He hears things in music that I didnt know existed and has patience I only dream of. Again, thats what you get with a guy who went to Berkley School of music.

JOSH BRENNAN

- Has just signed an 18 year contract as a father. He currently lives just outside of Boston, Mass. A student of Berkley School of Music, Josh can play percussion like its nobody's business. He has some of the best energy I have seen in a musician. Josh has an uncanny knack of predicting changes in a song and can switch between a traditional drum set and a hand drum set quicker than I can forget the words to one of my songs during a performance. Thats pretty fast.
