IL LIVE 2010 RACCHIUDE E AMPLIA IL GIÀ CONSOLIDATO SPETTACOLO PROPOSTO NEL 2009 DAL TITOLO : "TRADIZIONE E CONTAMINAZIONE".
NASCE SOPRATTUTTO DALLE SENSAZIONI ED ESPERIENZE LEGATE ALL'ULTIMO PROGETTO "VOTT 'O FUOCO" PRESENTATO CON SUCCESSO QUESTO INVERNO INSIEME ALL'ATTORE RAFFAELE BRUNO IN VESTE DI VOCE RECITANTE.
IL LIVE 2010 TRACCIA IN MANIERA DEFINITIVA LA TRASFORMAZIONE DEL SOUND DELLA BAND, RICONOSCIBILE NEGLI ULTIMISSIMI BRANI DI NUOVA PRODUZIONE CHE FARANNO PARTE DEL PROSSIMO TERZO ALBUM.
ATMOSFERE FOLK ROCK, SCUOLA CANTAUTORALE ITALIANA, MUSICA POPOLARE E TEATRO, QUESTI GLI INGREDIENTI DEL NUOVO LIVE 2010 E DEL PROSSIMO DISCO DELLA BAND.
BIOGRAFIA
Del nucleo originario attivo sin dal 1976, restano Tre elementi che dal 2003 traghettano la nuova formazione
nella nella ricerca musicale folk.
Con il CD-VOTTAFUOCO presentato nel giugno 2007 all'Arenile di
Bagnoli,la Band propone un momento particolarmente felice del
proprio percorso musicale, con la fusione delle due anime dei Vottafuoco:
una legata alle tradizioni popolari, l'altra contaminata dalle più recenti sonorità Rock/Etno/Folk.
Un viaggio nella musica popolare del Sud, attraverso la
rivisitazione di alcune delle forme musicali tipiche, quali la Tammurriata
e la Tarantella, passando per la Puglia, con le atmosfere esoteriche
della Pizzica, fino a raggiungere i paesaggi sonori di tutto il Mediterraneo.
Con all'attivo collaborazioni con Marcello Colasurdo e Carlo Faiello, i Vottafuoco partecipano attivamente a Concorsi Folk e Festival di Musica Etnica in tutta Italia, ( Negro Festival, Festival delle Invasioni Cosenza, Festival du Cinèma Italien Francia e non ultime le due finali al Laratro
Folk Prato e Folkontest 2008 Torino , per citarne solo alcuni), e progetti quali "La Notte della Tammorra" e vantano,tra l'altro, la colonna sonora
del programma PIACERE D'ANGIO', condotto dal notissimo comico napoletano Lino D'Angiò andato in onda nel 2007 su Napoli Canale 21,
la storica emittente televisiva napoletana.
BIOGRAPHY
Only three elements, belonging to the original group active in the Folk musical research since 1976, remain that bring the new line-up in the restatement of songs and popular tradition of Campania.
With the CD-VOTTAFUOCO, relased in June 2007 in "Arenile di Bagnoli", the band proposes a particolar happy moment of its musical path, with the merger of the two souls of Vottafuoco: the first linked to the popular traditions, the other contaminated by the most recent etnic sonorities.
A journey in the popular music of southern Italy, through the implementation of some of the typical musical forms, such as Tammurriata and Tarantella, passing through Puglia, with the esoteric atmospheres of Pizzica, to reach the sonoric landscape of whole Mediterraneo.
Collaborating with Marcello Colasurdo e Carlo Faiello, Vottafuoco actively partecipate to Folk Competitions and Etnic Musical Festival in Italy, (Negro Festival, Festival delle Invasioni Cosenza, Festival du Cinèma Italien Francia and lasts but not leasts the two finals at Laratro Folk Prato and Folkontest 2008 Torino, to mention only a few.), and projects as "La Notte della Tammorra" and they boast, among others, the soundtrack of the famous TV show PIACERE D'ANGIO', managed by the popular Neapolitan comic Lino D'Angiò, went on air in 2007 on Napoli Canale 21, an historic Neapolitan television station.
