VoKCaL-TRUTH BE TOLD

VoKCaL began in a single moment. Two childhood friends, Shlome J. Hayun and Leron Ergas, took off on a Hebrew/English Hip-Hop/R&B, fusion the second they reunited at a "random" party in the Hollywood Hills. Since then their message filled music has been growing both in Israel and in the U.S.

In 2004, VoKCaL moved to Israel and since have done tracks with Producers/Artists such as Hagai Mizrahi, Ron Davny, Gil Levy, DJ Yinon Yahel, dJOoKRoO, Killah Priest, Shi 360, Y-Love, Nosson Zand, and may more.

Back in LA in 2008 VoKCaL linked with Modern Sound Productions to work on a mixtape, "Let It Be Known", which is a mostly English based (some Hebrew)tracks giving a little taste of what to look out for on "Truth Be Told", the double CD coming out in Spring of 2011.

We are a soul rapper and soul singer whose sole purpose is to share light with the world by arousing awareness of the situation in Israel. Our nation is in a critical state of violence and corruption. VoKCaL believes that if each of us combine our voice with our knowledge, as one, we will make a profound difference. If we want change, we cannot expect it to come from anywhere but within.
