[This is a fan page.] Vlad Tepes is a French black metal band which was formed in Brest in 1992. The name originated from the 15th century Wallachian ruler, the inspiration for Bram Stoker's fictional vampire Dracula. The group belongs to The Black Legions, and is still making music, despite what many rumors state on various sites[citation needed]. Worlok Drakksteim also has a side project named Black Murder. He is the composer of that band, while Wlad Drakksteim is the composer for Vlad Tepes.

This band belonged to the "Black Legions" (Légions Noires) along with Mütiilation, Belketre, Brenoritvrezorkre and Torgeist.

Vlad Tepes (Vlad the Impaler) was a 15th century Wallachian ruler and, in fact, the historical figure behind count Dracula.

NOTE: 'War Funeral March, 'La Morte Lune' and 'March to the Black Holocaust' were re-released by Tragic Empire Records in 2005. These re-releases are NOT worth as much as the originals so do not pay high prices for these items unless you have verified that they are the orginal versions from the '90s.
