Vivian Cardinal

I started to sing professionally at the age of 16.
I've worked with Swedish artists such as:
Joey Tempest, Lisa Nilsson, Titiyo, Mauro Scocco, Eric Gadd,
Rob'n Raz, Lena Philipsson and many more.
1986 I went on a US-tour with Jean Beauvoir.
(JB wrote the leading track "Feel the Heat" for Sylvester Stallone's film Cobra. He has worked with artists such as KISS, The Ramones, The Pretenders, Tina Turner.)
We were the opening-act for "Eurythmics".
That was a great tour.
We did 35 shows in two months time.
After that I went on tour in Sweden with different acts and artists.
1995 I was part of a show at Berns in Stockholm called
"Hot'n'tot" together with Blossom Tainton, Gladys del Pilar
and Fransesca Quartey.
That was a great experience and since then I've had parts in:
"Hair", that I toured with in -99 and 2000.
"Svartbäckens Ros" 2000-01
"Sanningens Pris" 2001



"Godspell" -02
"Fem myror är fler än fyra elefanter" 2003 and -04
"Nils Karlsson Pyssling" 2005
I've also been part of Tv-Shows in Sweden:
"Allsång på skansen" -95
"Uppdrag musik" -00
"Doobidoo" -05
"Go kväll" -05
"Så ska det låta" four times: 2000, -03, -05 and -06
When I was on tour with Joey Tempest (Europe) I discovered the Guitar.
Everybody in the band knew how to play it but me.
I learned a few chords and that's when I started to write my own songs.
I do a lot of radio-commercials and I'm also dubbing a lot.
Lately I've had parts in:
Garfield 2 / Gustaf 2
Ice Age 2 (singing)
Curious George / Nicke Nyfiken
Night at the museum / Natt på museet
I also dubb Tv-series, mostly cartoons/animated:
Pokemón, Seaside Hotell, Bravo Godule, Boblins,
Fifi och Blomsterfröna, Wide Eye to mention a few.
Besides that I have a band together with
(the unnecessary gifted musicians) Petter Gunnarsson - bass
and Ole Ornered - guitar.
There is a lot more to tell you, but enough is enough, right ;-)
