VERY

Since their formation in 2001, VERY had released four EPs which received rave reviews and allowed them to tour with the very successful German band MADSEN in 2006. Further positive response from two of the biggest radio stations in Berlin (Germany) arrived in the form of invitations from Radio Fritz and continuous airplay on Radio 1. Also, in 2006, a short report on VERY was shown on Pro7 – one of Germany's most popular TV channels.
VERY. An incredible band. Why? Because of their gift for creating huge songs with a monumental quality and the way the songs sound when the band played them. Carried by the exceptional voice and songwriting talent of Henry (V/G/Key) and the masterly musical backup by Daniel (G/Key), Erik (B), and Martin (Dr).
Possibilities of comparison can be found in the contemporary indie rock scene (most of the band's influences being British) – Muse, Placebo, Radiohead, The Verve, and the Manic Street Preachers shall be mentioned here. The impact of older vintages like Pink Floyd or The Beatles is recognizable as well.
Their records and concerts displayed that VERY were among the best bands of Germany's contemporary indie rock scene.
VERY dissolved in 2010.
