From a very young age Vanessa was surrounded by a large family, full of musicians and singers, which where a great influence in her life and ministry. At a very young age, the enemy tried to steal Vanessas life on two occasions, through a murmur in her heart and scarlet fever, in which doctors stated that if they did not operate, their would not be much hope for this young girl to live. But Vanessa says: When God has a purpose in your life, there is nothing or no one that can stop what God wants to accomplish through you. God brought us on this earth with a purpose and it is to be vessels of honor for his glory. Even though Vanessa had to endure the physical attacks that came upon her body, God rose up the flag of victory and brought complete healing over her so that his name would be glorified in the midst of these circumstances. That is why when this young woman sings, its not just to sing but it is a song of worship and gratitude to the Lord.
