Crowbar Abortion was originally known as Urinal Shit and was formed in the summer of 2003.

The members were Lord Andrew DCLXVI on guitar, Mark Exely doing vocals and a keyboard called Bob as the drummer.

Bob tragically died when the brakes on his car failed while on the way to a band practise, luckily Dan666 was at the practise and claimed he could play the drums, the new band was an immediate success, shortly after Urinal Shit decided to change its name to Crowbar Abortion and recorded 2 CDs in 2003/2004. On the 18th of June 2004 Crowbar Abortion played their one and only gig at the Dog & Parrot in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne which was an immense success (it actually made money), unfortunately Their vocalist screamed so hard he prolapsed through his mouth and died onstage.

Andrew and Dan carried on for a short while before Andrew realised Dan was a bit shit at the drums and decided to dispose of him.

Since then Lord Andrew has been expanding and fine tuning the sound to produce a sound which is a mixture of Grindcore and Electronic styles and has recorded a further 3 CDs including a split with Kolin Sin in 2006. Also in 2006, Crowbar Abortion was contacted by Pro Torture Productions who are now distributing our CDs and have made Crowbar Abortion available to all.

2006 also saw the addition of Alan to the line up to help think of new things to write songs about. 2007 saw the completion of Crowbar Abortions first proper "Concept Album" a 10 minute glimps into the mind of a white supremacist and was inspired by all the emails which were received calling the band Nazis. WHICH ARE UNTRUE.

2007 saw a collaboration with Born Erect Records, who realeased a limited edition mini CD of some of CAs best songs to date and designed the covers themselves and produced one of the coolest CDs i have ever seen. congratulations if you are one of the 50 people who own one!!
