University Avenue

University Avenue all started in January 2008 with the 5 original members; CJ, Justin, Kaleb, John, and Jesse. After playing their first show at the Marysville Battle Of The Bands and winning the 1 crowd's choice award, guitarist Justin was soon to leave the band. About a month into searching they found their new guitarist Adam. UA was now complete and nothing was going to stop them from having fun, playing shows, and just doing what made them happy. 5 best friends in a garage trying to make some music was the turn out. They played their very first show at The Axiom with other local bands, and everything just took off from there. They recorded their first EP at The Good Shepherd Recording Studio in Chico, California. UA was a band full of best friends trying to have fun and do what they do best. They had a good run and will never forget the amazing memories they had in their first band University Avenue.
