Tribalincs is made up of Arona Vaele (CPIT Jazz School, Nativa), Andrew Sione (CPIT Jazz School, Pacific Underground) and Norman Vaele (Father - I love my son ).

Growing up in church together they began jamming as a band in 1995. After a long break the band reunited and with the addition of Andrew Sione, have been hard at work ever since. With a spirited performance of strong melody lines and descriptive lyrics they continue to make their names known in the Aotearoa music scene.

Recently 2 founding members of Tribalincs Tim Timo and Mark Vanilau left to pursue their own paths and goals (See you's at the top boys)

The smooth soulful vocals and fresh jazz sound have become their trademark. "We all grew up playing and singing like most our cousins. We started playing gospel and rock but our major influences were Sting, Fred Hammond, Koinonia, DC talk, Pacific Underground, Andre Crouch, Maxwell, D'Angelo, Quincy Jones etc. Thats how we got our groove on." Through their wide influences they have created a real Pasifika sound with their original compositions. Expressing their passion for life through their music, these talented musicians sing and play as they love to live.

Tribalincs who play a mix of Jazz and Soul and Rock have had an invitation by a top US songwriter to appear on an album, and their song Dont Matter None has appeared in the TV show Mercy Peakafter being picked up from the compilation promotion CD called Niu Sila Pasifika (which also features Pacific Underground) and gains more airplay on Niu FM. Another Tribalincs track "Here We Go Again" is featured on the RIPPON Compilation 2006.

The three first generation NZ-born Samoans cite the Church as their main influence where they learnt their 'first lessons about life'. Their sound is soulful, spiritual and unforgettable. With talent to burn and astounding passion, Tribalincs are set to be musical heavyweights in Aotearoa's thriving music scene.
