Trey Wilson

Trey Wilson is an exciting new Country Music Artist from South Texas who is bringing his unique voice and style to the Country Music Scene. Trey's music ranges from Texas Country to New Country and everything in between. "Great Music is Great Music. If the audience gets into it then that's what it is all about".
After playing to audiences in Texas, Tennessee, Florida, and Georgia during his high school days, Trey learned early on that his performances can have an impact on his fans in a lot of ways. It may be reliving an old memory or past experience, or just plain having fun. His song, co-wrote with Tommy Calame, "Whittle Away" recently went Gold on Universal Records Norway Recording Artist Steff Nevers' album "Closest To My Heart".
Trey's soon to be released EP "Livin' Around Here" builds on the lessons he has learned entertaining his fans the last 6 years. Trey put together a great team to make "Livin' Around Here" something special. Trey and Producer/Songwriter Bart Butler chose songs written by top Nashville song-smiths Randy Houser, Shane Minor, Kelly Lovelace, Phil O'Donnell, Joel Shewmake and Bart Butler that cover subjects fans can relate to. Butler put together top session musicians Jim "Moose" Brown, Kevin "Swine" Grantt, Dan Dugmore, JT Corenflos, Hoot Hester, Paul Scholten, and Steven Sheehan to lend their talents to the project. It all came together one night at County Q Studios. "Livin' Around Here" is scheduled for Summer 2010 Release.
Currently attending Belmont University in Nashville, Trey plans on bringing his music back to Texas when he graduates. "There's just something special about a Texas crowd." ____________________________________________________
