“Southern Lyrical Genius.” “Yadadimean King” “Rosa’s Hardest Hustla”, all names used to define the one & only Tre Jones! Residing in the West Coast and has his own twist on the Bay Area's hyphy music. It’s what he calls the SouthWest Connect. Tre Jones started doing music at a young age being a roady for the "Young Black Brotha/Link Crew," Cali's own Mac Dre, Ray Luv, Mac Mall, and Young Lay. In the year 2000, Tre Jones stepped up his game and finally received respect from his peers and elders. After completing his first mix tape, "Finals 2004" and in the same year polishing a group album, "New Breed," the Town got talking and craved to hear more of Tre Jones. For the love of music and his fans, Tre went to work on his debut solo career. In 2005 while working Union Carpentry work, Tre Jones stared his own record label, "Longevity Records" and skilled his first solo album. While working on his album, his family was weighing heavenly on his mind and heart. He lost his grandfather & uncle to heart problems, so it just seemed right to dedicate the album to his family, "HeartProblems".
Since his solo debut he has been busy at work! Displaying his dedication to his craft he hit the streets with vengeance! One of the hardest working solo artists in the Bay! He has become known as the toughest working hustla in the street, and has quickly become a factor in the North Bay community! Completing two more projects within the same year, “Wet Ink” and a DVD, “Life & Times of Tre Jones”, it seems there no stopping him! 10,000 SOLD and there’s no end in sight! In addition, this artist can now include the title of “Producer” to the bill. Through his label Longevity Records, Tre Jones has produced his first artist J Jona’s solo album “Rap Scholla”. Tre has spent the last year honing his talent and mastering his skills. His fans have been anxiously waiting, so Tre Jones is delivering! "Reflections" has just been released - Fall 2008!!! There are 2 more solo projects, 2 group albums, and 1 compilation due to be dropping the Summer of 2009!

FELLOWSHIP: Tre Jones has worked with artist all over the world. He has had the privilege of working with the likes of Ant D.O.G., Turf Talk, Mistah Fab, Killa Tay, The Jacka, Beeda Weeda, Triple X, J. Pig, Cavity, Sterotype, Jack Tracks, and many other Bay Area artists. He is a thrilling performer who has headlined shows. Tre has opened for the likes of Too Short, Andre Nickatina, E-40, Mossy, Young D-Boyz, Fatha Jah, and MC Hammer. Tre Jones knows where he comes from and where he's going - straight to the top!
