Tony Hood, aka the Author of Hood N B, was born in Georgetown, Guyana on October 02, 1987 and raised in Florida's southern comfort. Tony Hood is considered one of the rare triple threats in the music industry because of his unique ability to make his own beats, write his own catchy songs, and bring his creative vision to life as a recording artist. At age 7, Tony was given his first keyboard from his father, which he learned to play by mimicking popular music on MTV, BET and the radio. After learning to read music that he so naturally mastered, he began performing whenever the opportunity presented itself. Starting in his high school talent shows and working his way up to local venues, his hard work and passion for music quickly has made him a respected player in the game. In early 2010, Tony and his partners created Knuckleheadz Entertainment Incorporated and with five strong heads coming together began to take things to the next level. Tony Hood considers Knuckleheadz Ent not only a strong family that values the TEAM concept, but the oil that keeps the Hood N B machine going! Having recently distributed over 10,000 demos ( and counting) throughout Florida, Georgia, California,and even as far up as New York, Tony Hood has only shown a preview of the storm to come. His creative concepts and unique style will leave not only independent but major label artists in the dust! Hood N B has been described as "unique", "aggressive", and "R & B on steroids."
